Quintas Capital Raises Over €17 Million for 2025 EIIS Fund

Quintas Capital is pleased to announce the successful close of its 2025 EIIS Fund, having raised in excess of €17 million from approximately 300 investors - making it one of the largest EIIS funds raised in Ireland this year.

The fund was significantly oversubscribed, with Quintas Capital unable to accommodate additional investor demand. This strong fundraising outcome reflects the continued confidence and support of the firm's growing investor base and marks an important milestone in Quintas Capital's ongoing development.

As Quintas Capital begins deploying capital from the 2025 EIIS Fund, the firm will continue to focus on supporting early-stage Irish businesses that meet strict EIIS qualifying criteria. Each company reviewed for investment typically demonstrates:

  • A pre-revenue business qualifying for up to 50% EIIS tax relief.
  • A strong social infrastructure focus - such as a crèche, hotel, sports facility or renewable energy project.
  • The acquisition, development or ownership of real estate or physical assets integral to operating the business.
  • An experienced founding or management team investing their own capital alongside the Quintas EIIS Fund.
