Where Quintas Capital Invests: Sector Overview of Our EIIS Fund

At Quintas Capital, we back ambitious, operator-led businesses across Ireland through our EIIS investment fund. Our focus is on sectors where strong operators, asset backing and disciplined capital structuring combine to create scalable, cash-generative businesses.

Across each sector, we provide structured, redeemable equity with a minimum four-year horizon - enabling growth while limiting founder dilution and preserving operational control. Below is an overview of the five key sectors we are currently targeting.

Target Sectors

Solar Development

€2m - €11m per project

In the renewable energy sector, we invest in Irish solar PV developers and operating companies, supporting projects from late-stage development through to operational delivery. We target projects between 2MW and 15MW, including SRESS and RESS eligible projects.

We provide flexible development and construction capital aligned with project cashflows post-commissioning.

Hospitality

€2m - €5.5m per project

Our hospitality strategy focuses on freehold hotels, aparthotels and other operator-led hospitality ventures across Ireland. We fund site acquisition, fit-out and early working capital, while enabling founders to retain operational control.

A recent example is Quay Eleven Apart Hotel in Dublin City Centre, where €3.3m was deployed pre-revenue to support acquisition and renovation, resulting in the development of a boutique aparthotel.

Please note that the business has not yet been certified as an aparthotel by Fáilte Ireland but will do so once complete.
