Quintas Capital Invests €1m in The CX Academy

Quintas Capital is excited to announce a significant investment of €1 million in The CX Academy, a leading provider of customer experience learning and certification. This investment is part of a €1.5 million funding round and marks the first deployment from our EIIS Fund raised in 2023.

Our investors were delighted to receive a substantial 35% tax relief on their investment in The CX Academy, thanks to the Employment and Investment Incentive (EII) Scheme. This tax incentive provides up to 50% tax relief on investments in certain corporate trades, making it an attractive opportunity for individual investors.

The CX Academy is setting a new global standard for customer experience education. Their comprehensive programs empower organizations and businesses to harness the power of customer advocacy, fostering strong and lasting relationships with their customers. By investing in The CX Academy, Quintas Capital is supporting a company that is at the forefront of driving innovation and excellence in the field of customer experience.

As part of the investment, our investment director, Brian Devine, CFA, will join The CX Academy's advisory board. Brian brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the company and is eager to collaborate with Julian Douglas CXAD (Dip) and Michael Killeen as they continue to scale the business.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our legal advisor, Kristofer O'Shea of LK Shields, for his invaluable guidance throughout this process. Additionally, we would like to thank Brian McDonald and Rory Butler of Bay Advisory, as well as Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP, for their contributions to the company legals.

The EII Scheme offers a significant tax advantage for investors who support qualifying companies. If you are interested in learning more about the EII Scheme and how it can benefit you, please don't hesitate to contact us.
