Paul has a proven track record of working with SMEs, helping them to develop and achieve their strategic plans. His role on the investment committee for Quintas Capital’s previous BES/EII funds highlights his significant experience in structuring BES/EII investments. His expertise extends to delivering comprehensive business restructure projects, often involving complex funding and debt refinance requirements.

In addition to his restructuring capabilities, Paul has advised clients on the sale and purchase of businesses, and has provided guidance on shareholder exits, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
