Liam McGrath

Liam is a Real Estate Investment Intern at Quintas Capital, currently completing a six-month placement as part of his Finance degree at University College Cork. He supports our Investment Director, Rory O’Brien.

Liam is now in his third year in UCC and has developed skills such as financial analysis and data modelling, through modules in financial and management accounting, and data analysis. He has a background working in the hospitality sector and this has sharpened his teamwork and communication skills, which he has brought with him to Quintas Capital.

Apart from work, Liam has a passion for sport such as soccer and golf which he participates in numerous times a week. He is currently a member of a club for both sports.

With aspirations in private credit and investment, and his interest in real estate, we’re delighted to support Liam’s growth and contributions to the Quintas Capital team.
