Fawad Tariq-Khan

Fawad is the founding partner of Exnite, investing its ideas, energy, and capital in high-growth companies and emerging fund managers across asset classes with a global remit. He holds a strategic stake in Quintas Capital, working closely with fellow shareholders and management to develop its investment offering and scale the business.

He previously served as Group CEO of SHUAA Capital, a UAE-listed investment banking platform that managed US$14 billion in assets globally, and serves on the boards of public and private companies worldwide.

He started his career with Deloitte in London, working in management consulting and financial advisory before relocating to the Dubai office, where he helped establish its Middle East debt advisory practice.

He holds an MSc in Business Studies from UCD Smurfit Business School and a BSc in Computer Science from University College Cork. He also served with the Irish Reserve Defence Forces in the military police.
