Evan Cahill Murphy

Evan is an EIIS investment intern at Quintas Capital, currently completing a six-month placement as part of his BSc Finance degree at University College Cork. He supports our investment manager, Tim O’ Callaghan, and supports both the raising and deployment processes of our EIIS fund.

Now in his third year at UCC, Evan has developed a strong foundation in financial and quantitative analysis through his degree. Through modules such as corporate finance, asset valuation and investment analysis, he has found an interest in the world of private markets and the transformative impacts it can have on Irish SMEs.

Outside of work, Evan is a keen sportsman, with a strong background in Rugby, Football and Golf. He has played both from a young age and continues to line out with UCC. In his free time, he enjoys spending time on the golf course, going to the gym and traveling as much as possible.

With ambitions in private markets and Finance, we’re delighted to support Evan’s growth and contributions to the Quintas Capital team.
